Agile is all about changes. Controlled changes. Experimental changes. And sometimes even spontaneous changes before all the answers and results are known. The Agile culture is a happy change culture. Change is a constant element in every Agile process and should be embraced and celebrated because change done right always leads to improvements.
Creating value through controlled changes is what should encourage people and organizations to pursue an Agile journey. Unfortunately, many organizations and individuals believe that Agile is yet another project management method and decline to change from within. Agile will fail when the culture of never ending changes is not embraced throughout the organization.
