Strong leaders are surrounded by a team of strong leaders, and that team continues to grow. And that is no coincidence. An essential part of their leadership culture is to continuously empower and encourage strong leaders. That means creating an environment and culture in which learning is more important than being right, and where mistakes can be made to speed up the learning process.
